cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before your appointment time begins. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time.  If your session is part of a pre-paid package, that appointment will be forfeited.
